Role Summary : As a Product Engineer, the role encompasses product design and development activities for Current Product Development, and projects such as Value Engineering and Quality & Reliability. The Product Engineer will be accountable for Quality of Outcomes, Execution schedule, and Cost management – Q/D/C’s.

Responsibilities and Deliverables : Project Planning and Execution : Able to support execution of deliverables per mutually agreed project plan to meet Q / D / C milestones. Product Development :



Execute and support product development activities and collaborate with peer teams for – Concept generation, Design & Development, Planning, Prototype Build, Testing and Manufacturing Phase gate Product Development Process : Able to execute product development Process – conduct Design reviews, carry on design verification testing, Pre- and Post-Production activities. Able to coordinate and organize the work assigned with minimal supervision or support. Critical Thinking : Able to solve medium to complex technical problems in a structured thinking approach in collaboration with SME’s – Good understanding and exposure to engineering problem-solving tools.
