We’re Hiring: Founding CTO — Alphavex I’m building
Alphavex , a next-generation fitness and performance platform. The first version of the app is already built on IOS and approaching launch. We have workout tracking, Apple Watch integration, recovery metrics, strength & cardio progression, AI features and a growing product roadmap. Now I’m looking for someone to take technical ownership of the company.
Who I'm looking for A
hands-on CTO / founding engineer
who can think beyond writing code. Someone who can look at an existing product, understand what works and what doesn't, make the right architectural decisions, and build a technology foundation that can scale. You should be comfortable getting your hands dirty with code — this is
not a purely managerial CTO role .
Your responsibilities • Take ownership of Alphavex's entire technical architecture • Audit and stabilize the existing iOS application • Identify and eliminate crashes,
performance issues and reliability problems • Evaluate the current backend and redesign/rebuild components where necessary • Build a scalable API and backend architecture • Own authentication, subscriptions, payments and user entitlements • Build secure AI infrastructure and API integrations • Work with Apple Health / HealthKit and Apple Watch data • Design reliable workout, recovery and performance data pipelines • Establish proper analytics, monitoring, logging and testing • Set engineering standards, documentation and development processes • Lead future integrations with wearables and emerging technologies • Eventually build and lead a small engineering team
