Role Description
We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketer who can support the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of paid digital campaigns for our clients. The role requires someone who understands the fundamentals of digital advertising, is comfortable working with numbers and data, and can translate campaign performance into actionable insights.
You will work closely with the strategy, creative, social media, and account management teams to plan and execute performance campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google, while ensuring that creative, targeting, budgets, and performance work together to achieve client objectives.
Role Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant advertising platforms.
Set up and manage campaigns, ad sets, audiences, creatives, budgets, and targeting.
Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and identify opportunities for optimisation.
Track key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and overall campaign efficiency.
Conduct audience research and assist in developing relevant targeting strategies.
Work with the creative team to develop performance-focused ad concepts, copy, hooks, and creative requirements.
Analyse ad creative performance and identify which formats, messages, and concepts are driving results.
Perform basic A/B testing across audiences, creatives, messaging, placements, and campaign structures.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective utilisation of ad spends.
Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights, observations, and recommendations.
Identify campaign issues such as high costs, low CTR, poor conversion rates, or underperforming creatives and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in setting up and monitoring tracking, pixels, events, UTM parameters, and conversion data.
