Role Overview

We are looking for a

Placement Officer / Career Placement Executive

who can drive

student placements, employer partnerships, and recruitment coordination . The ideal candidate has experience in

placements, recruitment, or career services , preferably within an

education or training institute .

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage strong relationships with

recruiters, agencies, startups, and corporates

hiring digital marketing talent Coordinate

job placements, interviews, and recruitment drives

(online & offline) Prepare students for interviews through

resume reviews, mock interviews,



and career guidance Match student skills with relevant roles such as

Digital Marketing Executive, SEO Analyst, Performance Marketer, Social Media Manager Track placement status, offers, CTCs, and joining confirmations Maintain a database of

employers, student profiles, and placement metrics Collaborate with trainers and academic teams to improve student job readiness Support

franchise centers

(if applicable) with placement strategies and hiring connections
