Noor is hiring - Content & Influencer Marketing.

Noor is an early-stage skincare brand. We're building something focused and premium, and we're early enough that this hire will help shape how we show up from the start.

We're looking for one person to lead our content and influencer marketing.

Responsibilities
• Run influencer outreach end to end — identify the right creators, build relationships, and manage gifting and paid collaborations
• Own our Instagram — content direction, publishing, and testing what works
• Lead the content strategy behind our ads — the creative and angles that drive conversion

Preferred: someone who can also create the content themselves — a maker, not only a strategist, able to build evergreen content that keeps performing over time.

What we're looking for
• Robust grasp of the Indian beauty and skincare creator landscape
• A clear sense of what makes content stop, build trust, and convert
• Comfortable working fast and independently at an early-stage brand
• Sharp brand and creative instincts

Early-stage role, high ownership, and a direct line to the founder. Open to freelance-to-full-time for the right person.
