Role Description The Inside Sales role for US IT services at QUANTOM TECH LLC is a full-time, in office position based in Vijayawada. The Inside Sales professional will prospect and qualify leads, engage with potential and existing clients via calls, emails,



and online meetings, and present IT service offerings such as staff augmentation, custom software solutions, and managed IT services to US-based customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a robust sales pipeline, preparing proposals, coordinating with technical and delivery teams, and accurately updating CRM systems. The role also involves conducting market research, understanding client requirements, supporting contract negotiations, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets while ensuring a positive and professional client experience.
