What You’ll Be Doing: • Install, configure, and support enterprise servers (Dell / HPE / Lenovo or equivalent) • Troubleshoot hardware issues: CPU, memory, disks, RAID/HBA controllers, firmware & drivers • Deploy and manage SAN/NAS storage (LUN provisioning, RAID, multipathing, performance tuning) • Administer virtualization platforms:



VMware vSphere / ESXi Microsoft Hyper-V & Failover Clustering Linux KVM Manage VM lifecycle, HA, live migration & cluster patching/upgrades Deploy and support enterprise backup & DR solutions (Commvault, NetBackup, Veeam, etc.) Perform backup monitoring, restore validation & DR drills Administer Windows Server and Linux (RHEL / Ubuntu / SUSE) environments Execute OS patching, troubleshooting & performance optimization Monitor infrastructure health and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Coordinate with OEMs & vendors for escalations and RMAs Maintain technical documentation, SOPs & operational runbooks
