The Engineer is responsible for implementing, configuring, testing, and deploying Genesys Cloud solutions in support of the organization's customer experience and AI initiatives. Working under the guidance of senior engineering leadership, this role executes platform enhancements, integrations, automation initiatives,



and operational improvements while ensuring adherence to established architecture, quality, and deployment standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, deploy, and support Genesys Cloud CX platform components, including flows, integrations, routing, policies, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Build and maintain integrations between Genesys Cloud and enterprise applications using APIs and approved integration patterns.
Implement automation, configuration-as-code, and deployment processes established by senior engineering leadership.
Support development and deployment of virtual agents, Copilot capabilities, MCP integrations, and other AI-driven solutions.
Execute testing, validation, and deployment activities across development, test, and production environments.
Troubleshoot platform issues and collaborate with quality, operations, and senior engineering teams to resolve defects and improve reliability.
