Role Description The Celebrity Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing professional relationships, schedules, and engagements for assigned talent.



This role includes coordinating shoots, events, brand endorsements, media interactions, and travel, while ensuring seamless communication between celebrities, agencies, production teams, and clients. The Celebrity Manager will oversee contract negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders, track deliverables, and ensure that commitments are fulfilled on time and to required standards. Day-to-day activities involve maintaining calendars, handling inquiries, preparing briefs, managing logistics, and supporting publicity activities and social media presence. The role also involves identifying new collaboration opportunities, safeguarding the celebrity’s professional image, and ensuring a smooth experience on sets, at events, and during public appearances.
