Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Planning Control role based in Faridabad. The position is responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules, coordinating with manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources. Daily tasks include monitoring production progress, analyzing capacity and demand, identifying bottlenecks, and adjusting plans to meet delivery and quality targets. The role involves preparing reports, maintaining planning documentation,



and communicating status updates and risks to stakeholders. The Production Planning Control professional will also support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Production Planning and Production Schedules skills to manage timelines, capacity, and resource allocation effectively.
Candidates should possess solid Planning and Analytical Skills to forecast demand, interpret data, and make informed decisions.
Candidates should possess explicit and professional Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey production requirements and constraints.
Experience in manufacturing, materials, or related industrial environments, preferably in planning or operations roles.
