Role Summary

This role leads to business transformation and/or major change management initiatives, applying functional expertise to drive results.

This role applies structured methodologies and assessment techniques to ensure effective adoption while minimizing operational disruptions and driving continuous improvement within IT and business environments.

Responsibilities

Develops, implements,



monitors master change and communication plans for large departmental or multi-year initiatives and programs. Contributes expertise and leads a business engagement plan, including ways of assessing readiness and feedback. Secures senior management buy-in across the department/division.
Provides insight into the best practices and common obstacles based on prior change management experiences. Serves as a trusted advisor to ensure business transformation and/or change initiatives are aligned with the overall company strategy and market conditions.
Communicates business transformation and change management status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.
