ROLE SUMMARY
As a Founding Business Development Representative (BDR) for a recent business unit,



you aren't just sending boilerplate templates into a void. You are building the engine room of a brand-new corporate offering within Emeritus. Moving from our established B2C pedigree, you will help design a repeatable 0-to-1 playbook targeting the massive mid-market enterprise sector ($1B–$8B revenue; 500–5,000 employees) across the US and UK.

Working side-by-side with revenue leadership, you will leverage advanced AI-assisted prospecting tools to identify, research, and open doors to mid-market CHROs and L&D; leaders. Your mission is to break through corporate noise, challenge how organizations view leadership capability building, and initiate the warm, highly-qualified relationships that drive our commercial sales funnel.
