Position Summary

The Senior Executive – Academic Operations & Student Affairs plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality academic and student support services that enhance the overall student experience. This position is responsible for the effective coordination of student services, academic administration, student engagement initiatives.

Working collaboratively with students, faculty, and administrative departments, the incumbent ensures seamless operational delivery, timely student support and continuous improvement of student-facing processes. The role contributes significantly to student satisfaction, retention, progression, and engagement throughout the student lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Student Support & Success

Serve as a primary point of contact for student support matters, ensuring timely and qualified assistance.
Coordinate referrals and access to student wellbeing, counselling,



disability support, and academic assistance services.
Assist in managing student complaints, grievances, appeals, and resolution processes in accordance with institutional policies.
Contribute to programs and activities that promote student wellbeing, success, and engagement.

Academic & Student Administration

Manage student enquiries and provide accurate guidance on academic procedures, and administrative requirements.
Maintain and update student information systems, databases, and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare official correspondence, student documentation, academic records, and administrative reports.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies, regulatory requirements, and record-keeping standards.

Student Engagement & Campus Experience

Coordinate student orientation, induction programs, workshops, and institutional events.
Support the planning and delivery of student engagem
