Role Description The Cutting QC role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The Cutting QC professional is responsible for inspecting fabric and cut panels, verifying measurements, and ensuring cutting quality meets established standards before pieces move to stitching. Daily tasks include checking markers and lay plans, monitoring cutting processes for accuracy and defects, and documenting quality issues and corrective actions. The role involves coordinating with cutting supervisors and production teams to resolve quality problems, implementing quality checks at various stages,
and ensuring compliance with company procedures and relevant manufacturing practices. The Cutting QC is expected to maintain detailed records, support internal audits, and contribute to continuous improvement in cutting efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance within garment cutting and apparel production.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) relevant to textile and apparel manufacturing environments.
Candidates should possess experience in Quality Auditing, including conducting inspections, documenting findings, and supporting corrective and preventive actions.
Practical experience in garment manufacturing, especially cutting operations, with an understanding of fabric types, shrinkage, and cutting techniques.
Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the a
