Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented L2 Technical Security Systems Engineer to provide advanced remote engineering support for enterprise security systems. The role is responsible for cloud-based access control programming, intrusion system configuration, Video Management System (VMS) integration, network commissioning, and remote technical support for field installation teams. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical expertise in electronic security systems, networking fundamentals, and advanced troubleshooting to ensure successful deployment and commissioning of client sites.

Key Responsibilities
· Program, provision, and configure cloud-based access control systems, including multi-door controllers, power supplies, relay modules, reader interface boards, and associated hardware.
· Configure advanced access control logic, including time schedules, anti-passback, threat levels, auxiliary inputs/outputs, event actions, and hardware diagnostics.
· Commission intrusion detection systems by programming security hubs, control panels,



wireless expansion modules, sensors, and peripheral devices.
· Configure system partitions, zone attributes, entry and exit delays, event reporting protocols, and alarm communication settings.
· Integrate multi-vendor IP cameras into enterprise Video Management Systems (VMS).
· Configure ONVIF discovery, RTSP streams, H.264/H.265 encoding, bitrates, frame rates, GOP structures, and recording profiles to optimize bandwidth and storage utilization.
· Analyze architectural drawings, floor plans, riser diagrams, and electrical layouts to accurately map field devices and establish standardized naming conventions across security platforms.
· Ensure logical system configuration accurately reflects physical site layouts for effective monitoring, reporting, and audit compliance.
