Role Description The Restaurant Captain is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the restaurant floor, coordinating service staff, and ensuring guests receive timely, courteous, and professional service. This full time, on-site role in Hyderabad includes supervising table setups, managing reservations and seating plans, and monitoring service quality throughout each shift. The Restaurant Captain will guide and support team members, handle guest queries or concerns, and ensure that food safety,



hygiene, and company standards are consistently followed. The role also involves assisting with training new staff, communicating with the kitchen and management, and helping achieve sales and service targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant or hotel service operations, preferably in a supervisory or team-lead role.
Strong guest service orientation, with the ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
Solid knowledge of food and beverage service standards, table settings, and restaurant etiquette.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate and motivate a diverse team.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, in a fast-paced on-site environment.
Understanding of basic POS systems, reservation management, and cash handling procedures.
