Role Description The Insurance Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Burari Delhi 110084. This role involves leading and motivating a sales team to meet and exceed targets for life, health, and other insurance products, while ensuring a strong focus on customer needs and long-term financial protection. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans,



training and coaching team members, managing pipelines and reporting, and supporting agents with policy presentations and closing. The Insurance Sales Manager will also work closely with customers to understand their requirements, recommend suitable insurance solutions, maintain ongoing relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
