Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Event Planner role based in Coimbatore. The Event Planner is responsible for coordinating end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, scheduling, and on-the-day execution. Daily activities include meeting with internal teams and clients to understand event objectives, creating event proposals, managing timelines, and ensuring all deliverables meet brand and budget requirements. The role requires maintaining detailed documentation,



tracking expenses, preparing post-event reports, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities. The Event Planner will also handle issue resolution during events, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and ensure a professional and engaging experience for attendees.
