We are looking for an experienced and results-driven IT Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in US staffing and technical recruitment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies and employment types.
The recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, building robust candidate pipelines, working closely with hiring managers and account managers, and ensuring timely fulfillment of client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT positions, from sourcing through offer closure and onboarding.
Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral screening to assess candidate suitability.
Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements as applicable.
Understand client requirements, job descriptions, technical skills, and candidate profiles thoroughly.
Recruit for a wide range of IT positions,



including Software Developers, Java/.NET Developers, Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, Project Managers, and other technical roles.
Maintain a strong and updated pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate technical/client interviews.
Negotiate compensation, rates, and offers with candidates when required.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate candidate and submission records in the ATS/recruitment database.
Collaborate with Account Managers, Business Development teams, and Hiring Managers to understand staffing priorities.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly submission, interview, and placement targets.
Stay updated on US IT hiring trends, technologies, market conditions, and employment practices.
