Role Description This full-time, on-site Pharmacy Incharge role at Hosp. Hospitalar is based in Hajo, near Guwahati. The Pharmacy Incharge is responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications accurately, verifying prescriptions, and maintaining proper stock levels. The role involves supervising pharmacy staff, ensuring adherence to regulatory and safety standards, and implementing best practices in pharmacy management. The Pharmacy Incharge will also provide guidance to patients on medication use, collaborate with medical and nursing teams, and support immunization and other clinical services as required. Additional tasks include maintaining documentation, managing inventory and procurement, and ensuring a high standard of customer service in the pharmacy.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Practice, with the ability to manage and optimize pharmacy operations.
Proficiency in handling and verifying Prescriptions,
ensuring accurate dispensing and compliance with relevant regulations.
Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients and healthcare professionals.
Experience supporting or administering Immunization services in a clinical or hospital setting.
Recognized degree or diploma in Pharmacy from an accredited institution; valid pharmacy registration/license as required by local regulations.
Experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting, preferably in a supervisory or incharge role.
Strong organizational, inventory management, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work on-site in Hajo, collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
