Role Description The Direct Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Belgaum, responsible for driving sales of HDFC Life’s insurance products through direct channels.



This role involves leading and engaging a team of sales professionals, setting clear sales targets, and monitoring performance to achieve business objectives. The Direct Sales Manager will oversee lead generation activities, ensure timely follow-up with prospects, and manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to policy issuance. Daily work includes coaching and training team members, conducting field visits, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company guidelines. The role also requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to implement sales strategies, report on key metrics, and continuously improve sales effectiveness.
