Position Description

We are looking for a Product Designer to join the Product & Design team at LeadSquared. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in product/UX design and a strong interest in solving complex user problems through thoughtful and intuitive product experiences.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other designers to design and improve key product experiences — from understanding user problems and creating user flows and wireframes to developing high-fidelity designs and prototypes.

The role will involve working on SaaS and enterprise product experiences, including data-heavy screens, dashboards, workflows, and other high-frequency product journeys. We are looking for someone with strong UX fundamentals, good Figma skills, a user-centric mindset, and the ability to learn and contribute within a team-oriented product environment.

Primary Responsibilities

End-to-End Product Design: Support the design of product features from problem understanding to final handoff, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes.
User Research & Validation: Participate in user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and other research activities. Help synthesize findings and translate user feedback into actionable design improvements.
Information Architecture: Help structure complex workflows, dashboards, and data-heavy screens into intuitive and easy-to-navigate experiences.
Design Systems: Contribute to LeadSquared’s design system in Figma by using and creating reusable components, variants, and patterns while maintaining visual consistency.
