Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for managing key customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact,



and ensuring client needs are met through timely communication and coordination with internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining long-term relationships with buyers and distributors, handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and overseeing orders from placement to delivery. The Account Manager monitors account performance, identifies opportunities for upselling and cross-selling textiles and accessories, and collaborates with production, logistics, and quality teams to resolve issues. The role also involves market research, participation in client meetings and industry events, and preparation of regular sales reports and forecasts to support business growth.
