Role Description This is a full-time Sales Executive role based in Pimpri Chinchwad with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive will manage leads, conduct property consultations, and support clients through the purchase and investment process. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and follow-ups, scheduling and attending property visits, presenting property options, and negotiating deals in line with company policies. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in sales systems, preparing basic reports,



coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and providing ongoing relationship management to encourage referrals and repeat business. The Sales Executive is expected to meet sales targets while delivering a professional, client-centered experience.
Qualifications
Solid sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and meet targets.
Client relationship management skills, including active listening, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of real estate markets, property types, and investment concepts, or willingness to learn quickly.
Clear and professional communication skills in English and local languages, both spoken and written.
Comfort using digital tools such as CRM systems, messaging apps, spreadsheets, and online property platforms.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple leads, visits, and follow-ups efficiently.
