Role Description The Solar Affiliate Partner (Industrial) is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lucknow, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. The partner will identify and cultivate industrial clients, build and manage a pipeline of solar projects, and promote SangyaSolar’s solutions to decision-makers in factories, manufacturing units, and industrial parks. Daily tasks include conducting site visits,



coordinating with technical teams for system design and feasibility assessments, preparing proposals and commercial offers, and supporting contract negotiations. The role also involves maintaining ongoing client relationships, tracking project progress, and providing feedback from the field to improve offerings and marketing strategies. The partner is expected to collaborate closely with internal sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
Qualifications
Solid business development, sales, and relationship management skills in industrial or B2B contexts.
Knowledge of solar power systems, renewable energy solutions, and basic technical concepts related to rooftop and ground-mounted installations.
Ability to perform site assessments, interpret technical and commercial proposals, and coordinate with engineering teams.
