Role Description This is a full-time, in office Relations Manager role based in Indore.



The Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening customer relationships, ensuring timely resolution of queries, and providing guidance on housing finance products and services. The role involves regular interaction with customers, collection and verification of documentation, coordination with internal teams for loan processing, and follow-up on applications and repayments. The Relations Manager will contribute to customer retention, assist in community outreach and local marketing activities, and support branch-level business growth while maintaining high standards of service and compliance. The position requires consistent on-ground engagement with customers and stakeholders to promote Aadhar’s mission of accessible homeownership.
