Role Description This is a full-time,



on-site Relationship Manager role based at Medcity International Academy’s Kochi center. The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, partners, and corporate clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the admission, training, and placement journey. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting consultations, explaining course offerings and exam pathways, and guiding prospective learners through enrollment and onboarding. The role involves coordinating with academic teams, monitoring learner satisfaction, handling feedback and escalations, and supporting retention initiatives. The Relationship Manager also contributes to outreach activities, supports events and seminars, and prepares regular reports on relationship metrics and service quality.
