Role Description The Business Development Intern will support the growth of ExaThought by assisting in identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. This internship role is in office and based in Bengaluru South, where the intern will collaborate closely with the sales and consulting teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, compiling prospect lists, supporting lead generation activities, and helping prepare presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.



The intern will engage with potential and existing clients via email, calls, and meetings under guidance, ensuring professional communication and timely follow-ups. Additional tasks may involve maintaining CRM data, tracking business development metrics, and contributing ideas to improve outreach strategies.

Prospecting & Target Identification - Research and identify relevant companies and key decision makers/personas to approach based on our target industries and solution offerings. Build and maintain a structured list of prospective accounts and contacts.
Outbound Outreach & Meeting Generation - Proactively reach out to prospects through cold calling and other relevant channels, pitch our solutions effectively, understand their requirements, and generate qualified meetings for the sales team.
