Role Description The A2P Sales Manager – Telecom Domain / SMS Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for driving sales of A2P SMS and related telecom messaging services, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, building and nurturing relationships with enterprise customers and aggregators,



and preparing proposals and pricing for messaging solutions. The role involves collaborating with technical and operations teams to ensure service feasibility, coordinating onboarding for new clients, and monitoring account performance and revenue targets. The A2P Sales Manager will also track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
Qualifications
Strong background in A2P/P2P SMS, VoIP, and telecom messaging services, with a clear understanding of routing, traffic management, and industry standards.
Proven B2B sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals in the telecom or messaging domain.
Ability to develop account strategies, manage key accounts, and build long-term customer relationships that drive recurring revenue.
