Role Description This is a full-time, in office Inside Sales Representative role based in Dwarka. The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, qualify prospects, and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities.



The role involves presenting solutions aligned with client needs, preparing quotations, and coordinating with technical and delivery teams to support the sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, nurturing relationships with existing accounts, and contributing to sales targets and revenue growth. The position also requires collaborating with customer service teams to help ensure a positive client experience and sustained customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience in prospecting and converting opportunities.
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to support responsive, solution-oriented client interactions.
Account Management skills to maintain relationships, handle renewals, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Ability to understand and communicate IT infrastructure
