Role: Lead HR
Reporting to: Head Plant HR
Location: Chiplun, Maharashtra
Education Qualification: MPM, MSW, IRPM, MBA Optional LLB or LLM
Experience required: 12-16 Years of Experience in IR in Manufacturing Industries.
Technical & Skilled Knowledge required:
ability to understand key HR metrics, such as recruitment, engagement and retention, and employee value and performance
Cultural awareness and sensitivity
Human resource planning
Purpose of the role: To Handle all HR & IR activities of respective plants
Key Responsibilities
Should take care of entire Plant HR/IR .HR/IR/Welfare/CSR/Admin/Canteen etc functions Reports to this position.
Should have experience in handling Labour / internal union, Settlement, Public Relations, Local Matters and Settlements and Disciplinary matters.




Experience in handling issues at courts and tribunals with company lawyers and representatives
Manpower planning/budget planning/employee engagement/drive corporate /CSR / Canteen/working committees
Dealing with external stakeholders such as Government authorities, Leaders etc.
Should handle entire compliance/plant operations .Strong in understanding plant operations, production schemes/manpower studies.
Should Understand the Factory Culture, Productivity measurement and Workforce Optimization.
Facilitate change management process across all levels / plant areas.
Have Thorough Knowledge of HR Processes like PMS, Recruitment, Manpower Retention, Skilling, Employee Engagement etc
Having a knowledge of VRS
