Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, in office position based in Patna. The individual in this role will engage directly with customers to understand their insurance and financial needs, present suitable products, and support them through the purchase process. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, following up with prospects, explaining product features and benefits, completing paperwork and documentation,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance. The Sales Associate will also maintain customer records, resolve basic service queries, and contribute to achieving individual and branch sales targets. Qualifications
