Role Description This is a full time Sales Representative role based in Thrissur, structured as a hybrid position with both in-office and work-from-home responsibilities. The Sales Representative will identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and online meetings, and present Testiy’s platform and services to potential individual and business clients. The role includes managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms,



and closing deals while maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The Sales Representative will collaborate closely with the customer success and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, gather client feedback, and support ongoing relationship management. The role also involves staying current on visa compliance trends and Testiy’s product capabilities to communicate value clearly and confidently.
Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex services in clear, client-friendly terms.
Basic understanding of international travel, migration, or compliance services, or strong willingness to learn these domains.
Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software for tracking pipelines, preparing proposals, and reporting.
