Executive / Engineer- Production
JOB SUMMARY: - The Production Engineer / Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of production workers during their assigned shift.
The associate ensures that production targets are met safely, efficiently, OTIF and within quality standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Responsibilities Supervision and Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and supervise production team members on the assigned shifts.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to optimize performance.
Production Coordination:
Coordinate and monitor production schedules to meet customer demands and production targets.
Allocate resources effectively to ensure smooth production flow.
Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues or delays.
Quality Assurance:
Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
Address and rectify any quality issues in a timely manner.
