Location: Ashok Vihar, Delhi | Full time | Work From Office
Working Days: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM–7:00 PM
Salary: ₹75,000–₹90,000/month + performance incentives after 4–6 months

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional, hands-on Head of Social Media, Content & Digital Growth who can take ownership of the digital growth of two very different organisations.

TravelDham / Rising Star Tours & Travels is an established travel company offering holidays, flights, hotels, visas, groups and customised travel experiences.

Rising Star Khilte Chehre (RSKC) is a social-impact organisation working towards inclusion and empowerment of persons with disabilities through travel, experiences and community initiatives.

The selected person must be able to manage two completely different communication and growth strategies:

TravelDham: aspirational, commercial, trust-building and conversion-focused.

RSKC: authentic, dignified, sensitive, inclusive and community-driven.

We are not looking for someone whose responsibility ends at:

Create → Post → Get Views

We need someone who can think about the complete digital journey:

Attention → Audience → Community → Trust → Qualified Enquiry → Business / Participation

You should be able to independently identify what content should be created, for whom, on which platform, why it should work, what action it should generate and how results should be measured.

The role will initially be hands-on. As the function grows, the person should be capable of building systems and identifying the right requirement for designers, editors, videographers, freelancers or junior resources.

What You Will Own
Social-media strategy and execution for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn across both brands
Separate content strategies and calendars for TravelDham and RSKC
Reels, Shorts, Stories, carousels, posts and long-fo
