Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our on-site operations in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Provide excellent customer support and service.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain positive and professional customer relationships.
Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and experience.

Qualifications




Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively.
Attention to detail with a positive and patient attitude.
Prior experience in customer service is an advantage.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
Minimum qualification: 12th Grade

Salary & Benefits
CTC Range: ₹26,000 – ₹36,000 per month.
Night Shift Allowance: ₹40 per hour (additional).
