Role Description The Social Media Management Intern will support the planning, creation, and scheduling of content across social platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include drafting posts, assisting with basic graphic or video assets, monitoring comments and messages, and helping track performance metrics such as reach and engagement.



The intern will collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm campaign ideas, research HR and HR-tech trends, and ensure consistent brand voice across all channels. This is an internship role and is fully remote, offering flexibility and exposure to digital marketing in a fast-growing HR tech environment.

Qualifications
Robust interest in social media management and digital marketing, with familiarity with major platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X).
Basic content creation skills, including writing clear, engaging copy and an eye for simple visual design or use of design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma).
Ability to research industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to inform social media strategies.
Comfort with basic analytics and reporting (e.g., tracking post performance, engagement rates, and follower growth).
