Specialist, Market Research and Insights

Collection Curation team is looking for highly motivated individuals with expertise in communications, attention to detail, positive attitude, presence, and ability to interact across many levels to support delivery of projects with Deloitte member firms around the world.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist, Market Research and Insights on the Collection Curation team, you will be responsible for:

Conducting internal and external research to identify topic trends, client issues, Deloitte capabilities, and scope considerations for assigned collections.
Curating, reviewing, and maintaining content across repositories and portal environments, including metadata and taxonomy tagging to support search and retrieval.
Preparing and analyzing content, search, and usage reports to identify gaps, trends,



archival needs, and acquisition opportunities.
Collaborating with curators and global stakeholders to support collection planning, content acquisition, portal management, and project delivery.
Leading quality reviews, supporting process improvement initiatives, and contributing to project planning, work allocation, and delivery tracking.

The team

The Collection Curation Team works closely with global Deloitte practitioners to acquire and publish content related to key topics across Businesses and Industries to the global d management portal and manages the topic related intranet sites. This content is intended to help Deloitte practitioners find relevant content just in time to win new projects and deliver quicker and quality deliverables to their clients.

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

Postgraduate degree with 3+ years of experience, or b
