We are looking for 2 experienced Business Development professionals who can take ownership of the complete business development cycle — from identifying opportunities and generating leads to converting prospects into long-term clients.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for candidates with 5–12 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales / Software Sales, preferably with experience working with technology or digital service companies.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of:
B2B Business Development and IT Sales
Lead Generation and Prospecting
International Client Acquisition
Email, LinkedIn and other outbound sales processes
Lead Qualification and Follow-up
Discovery Calls and Client Meetings




Proposal Preparation and Negotiation
Sales Pipeline & CRM Management
Closing deals and achieving revenue targets
Building long-term client relationships
Understanding client requirements and mapping them to technology solutions

Technology Awareness
You don't need to be a developer, but you should have a good understanding of up-to-date technology and digital solutions.
Knowledge or exposure to areas such as:
AI & Generative AI
Web & Mobile Application Development
SaaS Solutions
Cloud & APIs
Automation
Digital Transformation
E-commerce
Emerging technology trends
will be a strong advantage.
