Get to Know the Role
As the Solution Manager II, People Systems, you will be the functional owner for assigned Workday modules and a leader within the People Systems team.



You will set the functional vision, roadmap and operating standards while leading a team of Workday specialists across Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Learning, Absence, Time Tracking, Security, and Reporting. You will manage assigned Workday modules end to end, combining solution delivery and operational support across tickets, enhancements, releases, major projects, and continuous improvement.
You will build and develop a high-performing team, manage the delivery portfolio and drive explicit priorities and outcomes. You will lead complex transformation initiatives, strengthen governance and controls, improve employee experiences and maximise the value of Workday across Grab.
This role will be reporting to the Senior Manager, People Systems and will be based onsite at our Bangalore office.
