About the Role
J S B L & Co. is looking for a Chartered Accountant to join our Business Advisory team. The role will involve working closely with clients across various industries and assisting them with financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, analysis.
The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of accounting and financial statements, good analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and management.
Freshly qualified CAs are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation and review of monthly MIS and management reports
Preparation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements
Analysis of financial performance, profitability, costs and key business metrics
Preparation of budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
Assisting clients with financial planning and business decision-making
Developing and tracking KPIs and financial dashboards
Conducting periodic reviews of receivables, payables, working capital and cash flows
Coordinating with client teams for accounting, reporting and financial data
Identifying financial and operational issues and providing practical insights
Assisting in preparation of presentations and reports for management / promoters
Supporting the senior team in business advisory and client assignments
Ensuring accuracy, timeliness and quality of financial reporting
Candidate Profile
Qualification:
Chartered Accountant – 1–2 years of experience preferred
Freshers / newly qualified CAs are also welcome
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting
Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and client-handling skills
Ability to understand business operations and translate numbers into a
