About the Role
Independently manage small to mid-size SAP implementation or support projects/modules, or specific workstreams within a larger SAP program, under the guidance of a senior PM.
Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain project plans, task trackers, timelines,



and status reports for assigned projects.
Coordinate with functional and technical consultants to track deliverables, dependencies, and open action items.
Schedule and facilitate project meetings, stand-ups, and review calls; document minutes and follow up on action items.
Track project risks, issues, and change requests, escalating to the senior PM/PMO when needed.
Support budget and effort tracking, timesheets, and resource allocation reporting.
Assist with testing coordination (SIT/UAT), cutover checklists, and go-live/hypercare activities.
For support/AMS projects: monitor ticket queues, SLA compliance, and basic service reporting.
Maintain project documentation, status decks, and knowledge repositories as per organizational standards.
Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams, escalating concerns appropriately.
