Role Description The International Voice Sales role is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The individual in this role will handle outbound and inbound international calls, present products or services to potential customers, and respond to queries in a clear and professional manner. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, explaining offerings, addressing concerns, and working toward closure of sales. The role involves maintaining accurate call and sales records, following scripts and sales processes, and meeting or exceeding defined targets and performance metrics. The team member will collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to share feedback from customers, support customer retention, and ensure a positive experience with each interaction.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English and effective listening for international voice interactions.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, handle objections,



and maintain a respectful and helpful tone with customers.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify customer needs, present solutions, and work toward achieving sales goals and conversions.
Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to understand customer behavior, interpret sales data, and adjust approaches to improve performance.
Candidates should possess basic Finance awareness to discuss pricing, payment options, and related commercial terms accurately.
Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in international voice processes or call centers, familiarity with CRM tools, and the ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business, commerce, or related fields is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, maintain professional ethics, and perform within a target-driven environment.
