Role Description The Real Estate Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves guiding clients through the entire property search and transaction process, including identifying suitable real estate options, organizing site visits, and providing detailed information on projects and neighborhoods. The Real Estate Specialist will handle inquiries,



build and maintain relationships with clients, and support them in understanding market trends, pricing, and documentation requirements. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with developers and internal teams, maintaining accurate property listings, preparing basic proposals or presentations, and ensuring a smooth, transparent experience for clients from first contact through closing. The role also includes meeting sales targets, tracking leads, and contributing to the continuous improvement of service quality and processes.
Qualifications
