Role Description The Lead Generation Manager is a full-time role responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective customers for Biznish and its clients. Based in Bengaluru in a hybrid setup, the role involves working from the office as well as from home, depending on business needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and managing lead generation campaigns,



overseeing outbound and inbound prospecting activities, and optimizing funnels across email, social media, and other channels. The person in this role will monitor performance metrics, refine targeting and messaging, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality leads. They will also maintain accurate records in CRM systems, prepare regular reports, and contribute to process improvements and best practices.
