Key Responsibilities:

• Consultative Selling & Problem Solving: Deeply understand the core pain points of higher-education leadership and position our platform as the direct solution.
• On-Campus Pitching & Demos: Deliver persuasive, in-person product demonstrations and pitches tailored to board-level decision-makers and academic heads.
• High-Impact Conversion:



Take qualified leads passed from the SDR team through the full sales cycle from initial campus demo to paid pilot/assessment and long-term contract closure.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-trust, long-term relationships with Placement Deans and Directors to ensure high pilot retention, renewal, and peer referrals.
• Deck Creation & Customization: Hands-on creation and tailoring of presentation decks (PowerPoint / Google slides) that combine platform value with college-specific assessment data and insights.
• Pipeline Tracking: Maintain an active sales pipeline, follow up consistently on open proposals, and ensure predictable monthly closed revenue.
