About the Opportunity
We’re hiring a Sales Director for a high-growth B2B business serving global clients across the US, UK, MENA and other international markets.
This is a hands-on sales leadership role for someone who can build pipeline, win new logos, close complex B2B deals and lead a team while continuing to own revenue personally.

What You'll Own
Drive the complete B2B sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation and closing.
Build and execute outbound sales strategies across email, LinkedIn, cold calling and ABM.
Identify and engage senior decision-makers across Marketing, Sales, Growth and Business functions.
Develop new business across international markets, particularly the US, UK and MENA.
Own sales targets and consistently deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
Manage complex,



multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build long-term client relationships.
Lead, mentor and develop a sales team while maintaining an individual revenue target.
Build a structured sales process covering ICP identification, account research, prospecting, qualification and closing.
Maintain strong pipeline visibility through CRM and sales intelligence platforms.
Partner closely with delivery and operations teams to ensure successful client onboarding.

What We're Looking For
10+ years of overall B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in B2B technology, SaaS, IT services, demand generation or marketing services.
Proven track record of new business acquisition and hunting.
Robust experience selling to international markets, especially the US, UK or MENA.
Experience selling to senior Marketing, Sales and Growth stakeholders.
Hands-on expertise with cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling, ABM and outbound prospecting.
