Role Description The Construction Manager (part time, remote) will oversee project planning, coordination, and execution for assigned construction sites, working closely with on-site teams and stakeholders through digital collaboration tools. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project schedules and budgets, reviewing progress reports, and ensuring that construction activities align with quality and safety standards. The role involves supervising contractors and subcontractors remotely, resolving issues,



and supporting site teams in maintaining compliance with regulatory and company requirements. The Construction Manager will also contribute to project control processes, documentation, and reporting to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead, guide, and coordinate on-site teams and subcontractors.
