Role Description The Senior AR Caller will work full time on-site in Chennai, focusing on the end-to-end management of accounts receivable for healthcare clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing insurance claim denials,



contacting payers to resolve outstanding issues, and documenting all conversations and outcomes in the AR system. The Senior AR Caller will analyze denial patterns, follow up on underpaid or unpaid claims, and ensure timely resubmission or escalation as needed. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to provide feedback on process improvements, supporting junior AR callers with complex cases, and aligning efforts with Red Sky Health’s AI-driven workflows. The position requires consistent adherence to payer guidelines, compliance standards, and performance targets for productivity and resolution rates.
Qualifications
Strong experience in healthcare accounts receivable, medical billing, and insurance claim follow-up, particularly with US healthcare payers.
Solid knowledge of denial management processes, payer policies, CPT/ICD codes, and basic revenue cycle operations.
