Job Title - Client Servicing Associate / Senior Associate
Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Client Servicing Associate / Senior Associate to manage client relationships and coordinate end-to-end event requirements. The role will involve working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, translating them into actionable event plans and ensure seamless execution.
The ideal candidate should have robust client-handling skills,



excellent communication and coordination abilities and the capability to manage multiple stakeholders while working closely with the Design, Production, Creative and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client Servicing: Manage clients, understand requirements, provide updates and resolve queries effectively.
· Event Coordination: Convert client requirements into execution plans, coordinate stakeholders and track deliverables.
· Creative & Production: Coordinate with Design, Creative, Production and Operations teams for branding, AV, fabrication, logistics and other event requirements.
· Event Execution: Own events from planning to execution, including venue coordination, rehearsals, setup and on-ground management.
· Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
· Documentation & Reporting: Maintain briefs, trackers, approvals and timelines and support proposals, presentations and estimates.
